The Emporia Level 2 EV Charger with Invite2Charge is ideal for multi-family condos, apartments, workplaces, rentals, fleets, and other parking situations that require access controls for tenants, employees, guests and other regular drivers. Charger access is managed through the Emporia Charge App with the purchase of the hardware (no monthly software fees). The 24 ft cable, cradle, and J1772 or NACS connector come standard with each unit.
Access to each Emporia EV Charger with Invite2Charge is managed by someone you designate as the administrator. Drivers scan the QR code and request access to a charger – then the administrator can approve it. Once approved, drivers are able to control the charger using the Emporia Charge app. Admins can also easily invite (pre-approve) drivers when logged into the Invite2Charge platform.
As an administrator, you can approve who has access, download driver and charge data for billing and reconciliation purposes, and send invites, messages and alerts from a single, secure platform.
