If your home doesn't have solar panels, the Fixed Plan is the right fit. One flat rate per kWh, no thresholds, no teaser pricing. If you do have solar, the Solar Rewards Plan pays you a credit for every kWh your panels export to the grid, with a fixed buyback rate locked for 3 years and credits that never expire.

None. We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. What you see is exactly what you pay: an energy rate, a base monthly charge, and a base service charge (passed through from the utility).

Signing up takes just a few minutes online. The actual switch happens within 1–3 business days, and your power stays on throughout.

We'll take care of the switch on our end. Just check whether your current provider charges an early termination fee; we can't reimburse those, so it's worth knowing before you make the move. You can still sign up now and set your start date up to 90 days in the future. That way, you lock in your rate today and switch the day your current contract ends to avoid an early termination fee.

No problem. Texas law gives you 3 calendar days to cancel your enrollment without any penalty. This window starts the day you receive your enrollment documents (EFL, TOS, and YRAAC). To cancel, simply reply to your 'Enrollment Submitted' email or contact our support team. If your service hasn't started yet, we'll cancel the enrollment. If it has, we'll switch you back to your previous provider.

Your plan documents have the specifics. We recommend reviewing any cancellation terms before ending a fixed-term plan.

It's simple: your energy usage (in kWh) times your rate, plus delivery charges from your local utility, base fees, and any applicable taxes. That's it. No surprises.
