The overnight free window runs from 10pm to 5am, seven hours. That's enough to fully charge most EVs from near-empty by morning. If you need a charge outside the windows, override anytime at your standard energy rate.

Yes. You can choose a 12-month or 36-month term where offered for your address. Early cancellation fees differ by term (commonly $150 for 12 months and $395 for 36 months). Texas law also gives you 3 calendar days to cancel without penalty after you receive your plan documents.
